I love the style of the bed but it came damaged. The paint was marked, chipped and almost looked rusty. It looks like it had been sitting around in a warehouse for years! I am still waiting for a response from Wayfair, and replacement parts. I can not find a telephone number to call, just a form managed by AI! Not happy at all. This was bought for grandchildren staying. They have been and gone now!!!

Gorgeous bed, arrived incredibly quickly!

Bed rather spoilt by poor delivery

We unboxed the bed yesterday. Although the cardboard arrived pristine, the headboard/bedhead had chipped and peeling paint in two places, and the metal bar at the foot of the bed was scratched. In addition, the components look to be from different batches: the headboard and feet panels are painted pure white, while the lintels are off-white, creating a visible mismatch. We purchased the same model in 2022 for our daughter and were very happy with it, so this decline in quality is disappointing. Attached are photos from the moment of unboxing. Can you please arrange replacement parts in a consistent finish (inspected prior to dispatch)?

Top bed! I would really recommend anyone to buy this. It is stronger than I though it was. It is also very easy to assemble. it took me about an hour to assemble both by myself. Great quality.
