Exactly as described and eady to put together! Slightly wobbly but not a major concern. But I am soooo happy with this

Absolutely appalling experience with Wayfair and this product. Avoid wayfair at all costs. The product was delivered late, and upon opening I found it was damaged and missing key parts (eg all of the screws). Wayfair arranged for it to be collected (after I had to go to the effort of re-packaging the whole thing because it turned up in such a state - it’s very very big, and heavy) in late December, and ordered a replacement, which I was told would be with me soon . The shelves come in three different packages (three deliveries). The first arrived no problem. Was then told I’d have to wait until February for the remaining two due to an unspecified delay. I’ve now just received an automated email to say that the order is cancelled. I’ve just spoken to customer services who say it’s out of stock, don’t know when it will be in stock. So I’m left with one third of a bookcase, that was meant to be for my daughter’s birthday in November. As a policy Wayfair do not offer any goodwill gestures or compensation, which is outrageous in these kind of circumstances, compared to competitors - they clearly have little regard for customer loyalty. When I asked when my one third bookcase would be picked up, I was asked instead if I could dispose of it - the absolute cheek of it, that I would have to go to extra effort to dispose of an extremely large and heavy set of planks somehow, after all of this. DO NOT BUY THIS OR USE WAYFAIR

Absolutely love this bookcase, I bought 4 to make up a library room. Really easy to put together, really good quality materials. Highly recommended.
