Very disappointed as I ordered a Maple bookcase and received a Grey one!!! Was put in a position that I had to accept the bookcase with a 20% discount. But now am trying to decide whether or not to reorder hoping that I would receive the correct item. And cannot find a way to speak to a real person rather that an AI generated assistant.

The bookcase is exactly what I was looking for—it was easy to assemble and fits perfectly in the space. Although we're not using it as a traditional bookcase, it works beautifully as a narrow display unit for our bottle collection.
