Picadilly Corner Sofa

This corner sofa is awful, the quality is very poor, cushions don’t fit properly. I was very disappointed. I got in touch with wayfair but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They seemingly passed it on to the supplier to deal with but I got no response.

It’s a nice looking sofa with comfortable, firm seats and cushions. What I would say is that it gets delivered in 3 parts as expected but you have to put the feet and legs on yourself. There are no guide holes, so it’s easy to get wrong and make it look wonky. This is quite frustrating. You would really need a drill/driver for this task as the screws are pretty long. Once put together it fits nicely into my room. It’s quite deep and the seats feel quite firm. I like this but may not be for everyone. The back cushions are the same. One disappointment is the dips in the seats that have come about immediately. I’m going to have to manage this with regular rotating of seat and back cushions. Sadly, I can’t do this for the middle seat. Also, the fabric on the seats has stretched immediately making it look baggy and saggy, which is really irritating. It’s a fairly good sofa for the price and I find it comfy. Just not sure how long the fabric will last before it looks old and tired before it’s time.

Damage on arrival and I'm struggling to get them to respond , I reply to the email address's they provided but they came back saying we are glad to hear its been resolved , however that's not the case , still outstanding poor customer service

Fantastic sofa, soo comfortable and great for stretching out on. I bought the symmetrical version and it fits perfectly in my room.
