Contacted wayfair to notify them of the fact that the ramp broke within a few days of use and the wood used is poor quality timber - which snapped on both sides. Sent a complaint to wayfair and they asked for photos which I sent alongside details of the faulty product and request that it be removed from sale in order to protect future injuries for pets. Still no refund or response. DO NOT BUY THIS. And wayfair - your customer service is atrocious! I want a formal number for my complaint so I can take further!

Lovely desk, looks great. Just what I wanted.

A great desk, excellent value with lots of storage shelves. I had an issue with one of the parts having pre-drilled holes in the wrong place, but after speaking to Wayfair, they sent a replacement part free of charge. Excellent customer service.

Lovely desk, my son is over the moon. Only problem Is the instructions are totally wrong so you have to work it out. They’ve labelled the screws as the dowels and put all wrong labels on the parts. Took approx one hour to put together but with correct instructions would have been much quicker. Overall appears to be worth the money, only time with tell if it’s sturdy to last.
