Fabulous desk to position in the kitchen area for 'working from home'

Yes its a nice looking desk and the main parts seem quite well made. However the fittings (bolts etc) are very cheap and threads are very easy to strip when tightening. Included Alen key is virtually useless. Alignment and depth of holes etc is very hit and miss. 4 holes for dowels as shown on the instructiuons were not there at all. Overall although I managed to make it fit together and it is stable enough it was only through perceverence and having the right tools. If I hadn't had all these issues it may be just about worth the £290 but as it is an average Chinese product with limited quality control involved in it's production its very poor value for money.
