Love this chair for the price looks lovely in my dining area, definitely recommend if thinking about it.

Look good but bit high

I bought this chair in beige, but it was delivered minus the assembly parts. Wayfair quickly found some spare parts at the warehouse, and they were sent the next day. I really appreciate the customer service team keeping in contact throughout the process and making sure I had everything to build this chair. I love it and it has transformed my living room. I feel so much more confident at buying from Wayfair knowing they take such great action for any issues. 5 star for the chair and 5 stars for customer service.

Perfect! It’s just what I was looking for, very sturdy!

This was very disappointing. The seat is rock hard and the geometry of the chair is wrong. The arms are poorly finished, the varnish is either pooled and dark or bubbled and distorted and they are covered in dints that have been varnished over. The underside of the arms hasn't been sending or varnished and feel rough to the touch. The joints between the factorsy built parts are poorly made. There are deep cracks where the wood should meet. Customer service was disappointing. Wayfair refused to replace the item, or log my complaint and told me I needed to speak to the manufacturer, despite me buying it from Wayfair.
