Discusted!!! placed an order for a black and red Thanatos Curved Computer Desk. Firstly it has taken 3 months for delivery, first time was delayed 2nd time got sms with delivery slot but never turned up so completely wasted a day from work!! 3rd time finally arrived box was battered and desk top chipped also was Grey and Red not Black and Red as advertised and ordered. Rang customer service and to be honest was not impressed with the result as now got to wait for collection and at least another 4 week wait for hopefully correct undamaged desk to be delivered. No compensation offered for this monumental screw up as its not in their policy. was offered a 20% discount if i decided to keep this damaged desk but the damage is at the front so totally visible. How can companies like this continue to operate with such poor service!! Will not be using them again thats for sure

Very sturdy and easy to put together. Sadly we got grey not black as ordered but pleased with the way it looks and received a partial refund for wrong colour being sent.

This item shipment and delivery was an absolute joke!! Its took over 4 weeks to arrive. When it arrived it was not the full package! I was missing box 22. The way the team handled it was embarrassing! They literally asked me to work for them at some point and asking me question as if i was the designer of the item!! I have learned a very good lesson not to buy anything from you! I hope your leadership team see this review to understand how their business is an absolute rubbish!!!
