An Extremely Disappointing Shopping Experience
I had to place this order three times before I finally received the item. The first two orders were reportedly lost in transit — can you believe that? Two consecutive delivery failures — absolutely outrageous!
I even suggested to Wayfair that they should consider switching to a different courier service. They claimed they would look into it, but in the end, they still used DPD. Just look at the state of the packaging when it finally arrived — completely torn and battered, as if it had been dug out of a rubbish heap.
And the worst part? The cabinet inside was damaged at multiple corners. This wasn’t just a delivery issue — it was a complete failure across the entire supply chain.
Wayfair has ignored customer feedback and shown zero willingness to improve. I will never shop with them again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before placing an order.
