Adrienna Ergonomic Executive Office Reclining Chair with Footstool

Bought for my husband. Beautiful design. Thinking of getting another one. Very good price too. Leather is cool. The stool is an extra bargain. Mechanics for the chair is excellent, reclines well.

I tried to change my delivery address with wayfair, and I couldn't, that is acceptable. So I tried to do it with evri, and they said that they had. My parcel was delivered to my old address this evening, I went ti oucknit up and it was no longer there. I seriously wish that companies would stop using evri, im sick of my deliveries going missing

Damaged chair and missing bolt, offered discount which I still have not received. Missing parts requested which I still have not received. Very poor customer service!

Chair back is damaged.split With regards to your email regarding 15% discount because you cannot supply the faulty seat back is a disgrace. Your agent on the first phone call offered £70 which was over twice as much. I am very disappointed in the service you have given and would require 50% discount to keep the chair or a full replacement chair.
