Adrienna Ergonomic Executive Office Reclining Chair with Footstool

Love this chair and stool. So comfortable I use it to relax in

Good quality I love it

Chair back is damaged.split With regards to your email regarding 15% discount because you cannot supply the faulty seat back is a disgrace. Your agent on the first phone call offered £70 which was over twice as much. I am very disappointed in the service you have given and would require 50% discount to keep the chair or a full replacement chair.

not a very good product, seating on the chair sagged after 12 months, and when you sat on the seat you had a metal tube that was very uncomfortable pressing on your bottoms am not overweight, and i am 77 years old, this chair i thought would last longer for the price i paid

Only negative is the colour is a lot darker than expected. Advertised as brown but it is closer to black.
