Terrible, if I could give less than 1 star I would. We got this as a wedding gift, it was delivered damaged four times before we gave up and requested a refund. Had been told we didn’t need to return the first three as there was nothing they could do with them but in order to get a refund Wayfair expect you to return the broken item before they will start the process. They also expect you to purchase new packaging at your own expense when the packaging they sent is inadequate to deliver the item. Absolute joke, avoid at all cost.

DO NOT ORDER This wine rack, which is solid wood, was just placed in a single cardboard box without a single piece of packaging to protect this heavy wooden item, which was transported from abroad. Two parts (including the base) had been snapped off and other areas which had been glued were visible. I contacted wayfair and they quickly organised a replacement, I also informed them about not having any protective packaging. The second wine rack arrived, and when I opened it, yet again no packaging to protect it and this one had completely snapped in half. This was not cheap, and absolutely no care had been taken to ensure it would arrive safely. Wayfair did organise a full refund to me straight away, although this took nearly two weeks to arrive. Although I would use Wayfair again, be warned that if you purchase this wine rack you could be really disappointed.
