Unfortunately the quality of the bench was disappointing and it wasn't fit for purpose; however I was very impressed by the promptness with which my complaint was dealt with and I was offered an immediate refund. I will continue to shop at Wayfair with complete confidence in the service they provide.

This is just what we wanted , solid and practical but attractive product. Unfortunately the first one was delivered damaged, Wayfair were amazing sorted it out immediately and a second bench arrived the next day. There was no inconvenience to us at all. Top marks for a quality product and an excellent customer service
