Very disappointed. The item took over 4 weeks to arrive which I can live with but today I took it out of the box which was damaged when we received it. There were no instructions in the box and the top metal bar shown on the advertisement picture was missing. To be frank I don't have any confidence that this will take any weight from heavy jackets etc. There were no instructions and it is missing a part that, as it is metal tube, it must be critical to the structural safety of the stand. The parts are very low quality and poorly fitting. the wooden seat shown on the picture doesn't cover the metal frame to the sides leaving exposed holes which is a big hazard for small children poking fingers in the gap and a real risk of losing one. One of the two wooden strips shown at the top is bowed and docent sit flush and the coat hooks are cheap plastic. I will be asking for a full refund.

This item turned up in a damaged box. And has scratches on the metal. The hooks are plastic and it seems to not be very robust. Not sure it will last long in our busy house with two children. Disappointed with the quality.
