Really disappointing order. I brought this bed only because of certain good reviews and customer service confirmation. But I received boxs with missing parts and guide and took 3 hours to build this.

I loved the bed. I found it quite straight forward to assemble. Read other reviews that recommended that mattress must be on frame when pushing down frame. Needed the extra weight to get the hydraulic system moving.

Nice looking bed , takes a bit of work to put up but good

The product quality might be good but it has been a complete disaster for us after receiving the delivery. Parts are missing and holes on the panels are wrong way around which means we couldn't assemble our bed in time for our guests. It has not only wasted our time but now I had to arrange bed for my guests at a short notice. I hope the supplier learn from it and do something about it soon.

Sturdy, locks natural and is relatively easy to build ☺️
