If I could give minus -100 points, I would, because I will never buy from this wayfair online store again. and I do not recommend it to anyone because they are only a third party from the real store or warehouse from where they ordering goods. How many times have I ordered from here, there are always some problems with the order. As an example: I ordered ''Snider Extendable Dining Set with 4 Chairs'' on sale for £1,190.00-41% Off (was £2,029.99) after a long wait i finally received the table and NO! x4 chairs attached! I immediately called waifair customer service and they assured me that the other part, which is the chairs, should arrive the same day...and of course I got nothing. So I called again a few days later and they reassured me that they would order it as a replacement order for the x4chairs. So after waiting another week I finally I received an email saying that the chair does not belong to the table at all! I called again to ask where is my chairs and what is happening..? And now they started telling a different story that it was a warehouse error and I won't get the chairs at all . So I had to choose either return or keep the table....of course I returned it because no discounts were offered for the purchase of chairs or no goodwill was shown to the customer. I am very disappointed with this site...so people be very careful!!!
