Galen 90cm W 5 - Drawer Chest of Drawers

Absolutely love this chest of drawers! I deliberated for about getting these for ages, and so glad I got them. I took my time with assembly to separate out all the bits and pieces and label them up, and highlighted the instructions where holes are etc so could be sure I had things around the right way. Was then very easy and a pleasure to assemble, single handedly. Took a couple of hours, tea breaks included. Fun and satisfying afternoon all in all!

The panel arrived broken and I don’t know how to get hold of the manufacturer to send us another one .in description says , solid wood but it’s a very cheap material .

Took well over 70 minutes to construct - times that by 5. Not all the holes shown in the instructions exist for screws - have fun with that. One of the side panels has a massive crack, the top has two dents and one of the front legs also has some dents in. Ideal. Pay more money and buy from a local furniture shop is my advice.

Look good and simple to put together.

Sturdy and spacious it’s more cream than off white but I painted it with frenchic now it’s perfect
