The bench, which is what I needed in my entryway, is very sturdy. I was able to put it together without assistance from anyone. It looks just great. The only disappointment was the space for shoes on the lower shelf will not accommodate my hiking boots.

I love the functionality of this bench. The design is great and it looks nice. Just beware the wood pattern is screen printed on. Once that scrapes off it is essentially cardboard. It is stylish, but not rugged.
