Quality was good but was not impressed with the delivery personnel

Absolutely terrible quality. As you can see the cushions (both top and bottom) are far too small (up to two inches in places). The fabric was puckered in places. When the piece arrived, the packaging was far from substantial. The under sheeting of the frame is made from a thick polyurethane plastic (so when you sit down you can hear a crunching sound. I have been trying to get the cushions replaced for over two months now but Wayfair have one is the most worse customer service departments I’ve even known in my life. They’ve finally come back and said it’s supposed to be like that that and is not defective. I will never buy again from here.

Bit disappointed with this so far as when fitting the feet, per the vague instructions, the screw snapped and I was unable to remove it. Wayfair were super helpful and understanding when I called to explain problem. However, I’ve been using the sofa about a week and have noticed a tear has sprung out of nowhere. As if the fabric is too tight. Haven’t used as a sofa bed yet so can’t comment on that feature.

The product is fairly basic. The seats and cushions are well stuffed. The material is of a good quality. The mattress is awful and I have duvets thicker. Hopefully it will serve its purpose as an occasional spfa bed. Delivery was fast but not efficient as the drivers couldn't get the sofa in. I managed myself.

This sofa was perfect for a small office to become a spare room. It fit perfectly and seems to open up really easily. It has room for two people to sleep, which is better than many other 'two seaters' and it's perfectly comfy as a sofa too as it doesn't feel like a bed that's being used as a sofa. Really happy.
