Very easy to put together, and if you have read any of my other reviews, youll see that I am normally challenged putting furniture together. Its much larger than I imagined, but that is ok. The finish is kind of funky. Its not a mat finish but not a glossy finish either. Semigloss, possibly. But in my opinion that makes it unique and interesting. I wound recommend. I wound purchase again.
