Apache 1 Mirrored Door, 1 Drawer, Compact Wardrobe, Pine, Waxed Finish, Corona Design

I would probably have gone for a honey coloured pine if one had been available but the one thing I have worked out is that pine is not popular anymore and I wanted something to go with furniture I bought back in 2002. If I could have found something preassemled I would have but this was the best I could do under the circumstances. It is solid wood and a good price for what it is. It is also fairly easy to assemble. I am quite pleased with it now it’s up, but I was cursing in the middle of building it because some of the screws are at bit of an odd angle. I’m hoping a coat of beeswax will yellow it off a bit. On the whole I’m pretty pleased with it. I also bought a vestry cupboard to go with it.

Sturdy when completed. However it’s a nightmare to put together. Too many pieces. Wouldn’t buy another one

Looks great, but wasn't easy to build up

Not as nice as it looks in the photo and in so many parts it took an age to put together.

Colour is a perfect match to the room and furniture in situ. Prompt delivery.
