Quality item, easy self-assembly and exactly as described. Fast delivery too!

I don’t like writing these reviews but unfortunately, I was very disappointed, from delivery to putting the item together. Firstly, disappointed by the damage to the packaging, which had ripped open to the point the product was completely exposed when I received this (see pic) despite the box being covered in ‘fragile’ tape. To then putting the bookcase together and seeing a big crack in the back piece (see pic). Not good quality.

I am extremely disappointed. This product is extremely poor in quality especially considering the price. Very roughly constructed pieces finished ready for dispatch in what I can only describe as in a careless manner considering the damage. It was packed well so it was not transit that caused the issues. The top is also very roughly cut and is not a surface which should ever be put on a piece of furniture other than possibly a work bench. The skirting board was damaged and cannot be used. I contacted Wayfair when we had discovered the first two faults who responded well but sadly when we carried on we found more faults and by then it was too late to contact Wayfair again. So so disappointing for the money and it will be consigned to the garage.

Looks great and holds lots of books , grey blends well with background colour. Calm and cool.
