Office Chair

I bought this chair to match the other one in the office, this chair is with out arms as opposed to the other one we have with arms so I'm not sure if this is why it has problems. After about 3 weeks the from of the seat collapsed to the left hand side. upon looking at the base of the chair, I noticed that the seat is attached to the chair with bolts that go from a plastic (support) to the metal base. Their is a large gap between the 2 parts which has made the whole seat collapse and tilt to one side. these are the parts completed in the factory and not connected to the stand that you have to build yourself. A shame really as the seat is nice and deep to support the back of the legs. No reply from Wayfair to the problem.
