The chair is great, it's very comfy, adjusts in lots of different ways and as I bought it in the sale it was good value. It doesn't get 5 stars as the first chair arrived with a broken part and the second had several missing pieces. Wayfair were very quick at sending the replacement and I have pieced together one fully functional chair.
