The seat tilts me forward. I plan to adjust the back angle using spacer washers and longer bolts on the rear fixing points of the backrest, otherwise a firm but comfortable seat.

Have been using this chair for the last 4 months as I work from home. I had no complaints until recently. I am tall so the seat is always fully raised but in the last couple of weeks, the seat sinks slowly and I have to readjust it about 3-4 times a day.
