Horsens Mesh Office Chair

Chair was relatively easy to put together, but the handles for the levers for changing seat position and recline are crazy hard to attach and constantly fall off. The seat itself is comfortable if you sit correctly, bolt upright (which I suppose is best for posture :D ) but if you slouch or move around at all the mesh doesn't support you well and you feel the frame of the chair under you. It works for me, and is comfortable enough.

I initially ordered a different chair from Wayfair that arrived broken and I was hesitant at the idea of getting an exact replacement for that chair (which I feared may too arrive broken). After a quick phone chat with a very helpful Wayfair Customer Support Representative, they offered me a 10% discount for the inconvenience, which I used to purchase this, more expensive chair. I had hoped that spending the extra might lead to better quality, at least over the previous cheaper one – fortunately I was right! I’m not sure if it’s just the lighting in the product images, but the back of the chair is not metallic/chrome as I had imagined from the pictures. It is very much Matt Black, still metal, but no shine. I’d say the images are slightly misleading, but I honestly like the Matt Black look which suits my dark desk setup. This chair is sturdy and well built. It weighs a lot… which is something to note if you have thick carpets, it’s not the easiest to roll around. Aside from that, it is comfortable, offers ample lumbar support and lots of adjustability to suit different body heights. I’m a tall guy (6ft 4”) and this seats me well, it goes plenty high and the back is supportive and comfortable for the length of my torso. Due to my height, I did not opt for the version of this that included the headrest, since in my experience the headrests tend to be way down my neck and are uncomfortable. In hindsight I should have gotten the headrest version, since the back is high enough that I imagine the headrest would genuinely level with my head and be a nice additional feature. I’m not sure if Wayfair are able to sell the headrest separately or if I could find it from a third-party supplier, but I might have a go at looking, since I think it would be worth getting. I’m giving this a rating of 4 stars, though that is more a reflection of the overall experience I had purchasing a new desk chair from Wayfair in general rather than on this product directly. This specific chair is excellent and I would definitely recommend it.

Very good and comfortable. Easy to assemble

Great office chair, sturdy and comfortable; i only gave it 4 stars as it would have been nice if the arms would have the ability to swing back when not required, as our other chair does, but it's not a terrible thing; other than that very happy with the purchase and the delivery was absolutely amazing- i got the email on tuesday saying the chair would arrive on friday but by 10am same day the chair was already delivered (ordered on a monday)- cannot fault the delivery service!

21420 Please be advised, this chair is actually the Dynamic Mirage II office chair being marketed under the name Symple Stuff which can be had from other retailers for up to £100 less—Wayfair refused to retroactively pricematch within the return window even after the chair as delivered was missing a screw. I recommend this chair be purchased elsewhere for less. Bottoms line The chair is fine. Wayfair politely ordered a new screw. Customer service agent was nice but company policy was against pricematching.
