Executive Chair with Headrest

The chair arrive with a broken headrest. I immediately informed wayfair with a photo. They said replacement parts had been ordered. Since then I have had no updates, very disappointing service wayfair. I hope I hear an update soon

Head rest is too far back from your head, so I’m having to strain my neck just to rest it. Screws are also coming out so the chair falls apart if it’s not continuously screwed back in

It's funny, I was so close to leaving a good review. Then 10 days after buying... The lower back support snapped and the spine now creaks. Is it on discount because of the poor quality?! It's annoying because the chair cushion is comfy, the neck support is good but for it to break after 10 days is pretty pathetic. Either way, if you want a chair to break within 10 days of purchase, I recommend this chair! However, if you want a solid chair, pay a little bit more from somewhere else.

Comfortable chair. Easy to assemble. Recommended!
