Love these. Not heavy duty wood though. They won’t last for years. Probably like 5 max if you’re kind of heavy

The front edges of the seat are very rough. I had to put a small throw on it to prevent scratching the backs of people’s legs.

They are not good for the price

Update Still no response from customer service. I have called numerous times to be out on hold for an extended periods of time and have sent two email. I know everything is backed up due to COVID-19 but this is not acceptable. I am lowering my rating to 2 stars and would highly recommend going another route for purchasing a chair. Starting to consider holding Wayfair accountable for their poor response as well. The chair looks great from a far. The style is just what we were looking for and the stain color is very attractive. I plan to talk to customer service (tried calling but long wait time) because there are many functional flaws and cosmetic issues upon arrival. Some of it is damage from shipping most likely (chipped and splintered wood), but when installing the back pieces all four bottom braces had a split where the screw attaches to the rear of the chair. In addition, the stain is inconsistent throughout and looks like someone rushed doing their job finishing. We initially thought we would keep these at a discount if offered, but I fear these won’t last or look good for more than a year or two. Mainly due to the cracking of wood where it is put together. Very disappointing since it is the perfect look we were going for. I believe you can spend a little extra money and get a much higher quality chair.
