I absolutely love this chaise lounge! It looks fabulous in my living room and the material is so soft. I also love the colour! We received half of the chaise one day early, but customer service was super friendly and very helpful clarifying the situation and the rest of it arrived the next day when it was supposed to. Super prompt delivery. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because it was quite difficult to put together. While the instructions are clear and it is simple to put together in theory, it was very difficult to get it lined up so the bolts would go in smoothly, and the allen-keys they came with were not sturdy enough so while we were trying to screw the bolts in the pattern got worn down making it difficult. However, we did get there in the end and it was so worth it, it is the most amazing thing in my living room!
