Wayfair was very misleading on this item it says room of choice fully assembled lots of poo it got put in room of choice but in a box in two pieces to be put together I orded this particular chair with it fully assembled as I’m a disabled lady and have no one to help me thank you thank you to Ionut and Alex they took it out the box and assembled for me I can’t thank them enough and Wayfair you should be ashamed misleading people on the web site but on the bright side love the chair just what I was looking for

I love it its so comfortable the heat settings are just perfect for my joints its nice to put my legs up after a long day and the delivery was really good and fast will be ordering again
