Buchholz 4 Door Wardrobe

Got this for my mum’s bedroom as she has a lot of clothes and I mean a lot. Big and spacious.

The quality of the wardrobe is fine and it was quite easy to put together. However the manner in which it was delivered and the condition it arrived in was not good. I emptied my hall completely of all furniture pictures etc. I did not remove the light fitting but asked if they could be careful. The 4 parcels were propped up at the back of the delivery van with other parcel strewn around them. Nothing appeared to be protected. As they brought the packages in they hit the light fitting - not a problem as nothing was damaged, but careless. I them noticed a bad scuff down the side of one of the doors and the packaging had been torn on all packages. The delivery men photographed the damage to the door and asked if I wanted to accept the delivery. As I had emptied the room ready for the wardrobe and had waited some time for delivery I accepted, hoping I would find no further damage after they had gone. However this was not the case. I found lots of damage to packaging and chips out of the wardrobe parts and one of the drawers was badly damaged. I managed to glue the drawer together but will not be able to put much weight in it as the structure won’t stand up to it. I took photos as follows. I have finished the construction and basically as I said it’s a good substantial wardrobe but was not happy about the damage.

Sehr schöner Schrank, gute Qualität, toller Innenbereich. Nur die Schlüssel braucht man nicht.
