Came on time Item received was damaged in two places; not obvious until it was unpacked, but quite substantial Contacted help desk and received quick response and am promised a small discount Waiting for further instructions

Shelf under glasses too close, closer than appears in pic , so i put the bottle rack directly under instead (see my pics) with standard size glasses and wine bottles it works . Otherwise love it ! Thank you
