Horrible experience. They all arrived damaged. It was like pulling teeth to get them replaced. The woman working my case was SO RUDE. I had already attached the baselegs because it didn’t look like I was going to get any type of resolution. I had to disassemble completely, which was so difficult… and repackage exactly how it came to me packaged which, as you can imagine was also difficult She threatened that if it was not, and if they were damaged any more in transit that I would be charged for them. I was made to feel like I did something wrong. It was definitely not to put the customer first situation.
