Chair is very uncomfortable, only bought it because of the high weight capacity (250kg) as I am about 165kg. It was like sitting directly on the springs and there was no cushion. If the chair needed wearing in it should have been made clear in the particulars for the chair. To say I am disappointed is to put it mildly as the chair was expensive for me to buy.
