I am sorry I didn’t complete return before putting together. I could tell right away it wasn’t the quality chair I wanted. I was replacing a lazy boy office chair. Besides chair material being petty poor, the cushioning and ergonomic support are not close to real comfort. Lumber pillow doesn’t attach to anything and its zipper had no “pull “ part. I would return and pay shipping if taking apart and packing up wasn’t such a hassle.

Chair is comfortable, but the lock button is hard to reach and inconvenient rest all good!

So beautiful. Gave five stars however, the padding could be better and the buttons often catch on things.

This is a great desk for those with low back pain! I’m loving it during my work from home days!

Heavy chair and hard to move around in. Armrest are wobbly and you can’t tighten the screws enough to make them sturdy. I am regretting this purchase.
