Love the unit itself but one of the draw fronts had the holes or the slot for the back panel in the wrong place so I had to drill my own holes at the sides and front, the second problem is I have one draw that does not sit flush, I swap the draws over and they other one fits when swapped but just the one draw will not sit flush no matter how many times I change what holes the screws are in for the runner, I can only think maybe one of the draw runners is wrong, not sure what to do with them now as I have tried everything and now it just doesnt look good with one draw sticking out.

The quality is not great. Too much for this price.

When I started constructing this piece of furniture I noted that there were a couple of chips in the veneer. I was unhappy with this but decided I didn't think they were unsightly enough to warrant returning the whole piece of furniture. I complained through Wayfair and Birlea who produce the item responded very quickly and professionally. I discussed with them what I felt a reasonable fair resolution would would be and they agreed immediately without argument. I feel the level of customer service was very good (particularly compared to recent experiences I've had with other furniture retailers such as Sofology), and I would happily buy other products from them in future. Overall the product itself was good and assembly fairly straightforward, we are happy with it.

Loved this looks great in my room and was fairly easy to put together some instructions could have been clearer
