I’m was sent returned item that was clearly second hand but trying unsuccessfully to get a replacement I had no choice but to except faulty good will never shop here again

This chair broke broke within a week if assembling it! One of the springs came out of its socket and ripped through the seat lining. Response from this company has been nothing short of appalling! They don’t want to know!

The product itself is really good. With few finishing touches missing. But the delivery was bad, one box was all wet, manual and the upholstery.

Beautiful chair but broken on arrival. Took a while to resolve but all received now - thank you! Very tricky to assemble but very nice now it is finished.

Cool little chair, looks on trend with the Teddy bear material. The chair is quite firm but could be made more comfortable with cushions et cetera. The instructions said it would take 20 minutes to build, however it took one hour 20 minutes LOL. Still a cool chair though.
