Relatively simple to assemble and comfortable chairs.

Lovely item, really pleased, but the challenges of delivery have put me off ordering again. I placed an order on a Monday and by Thursday late afternoon I'd heard absolutely nothing from the delivery partner. When I placed my order it said delivery would be by the Friday. This was essential as I was going away on the Saturday so wouldn't be available to receive the item. I contacted WayFair on Thursday afternoon, who said it all appeared to be scheduled as normal, but couldn't actually check further until the item had been dispatched. This seems like a major flaw in the system, I couldn't believe it wasn't possible to contact the delivery partner and just get some sort of update. The customer service team member offered to cancel my order, but I didn't want to cancel it, I just wanted an accurate guideline of when it would arrive. I felt very anxious with such a lack of information,  and it meant I had a very stressful evening. The order then did arrive on Friday - the initial contact by the delivery partner was finally made by email at approx 22:00 on the Thursday evening. I missed that as I'd already gone to bed. The item did arrive on Friday, but I had no way of knowing that until Friday itself. I had intended to book some time off work to ensure I was home to receive the item, but such short notice meant I wasn't able to do so.

I've just received 2 of these chairs in the water green colour. You do get what you pay for so the fabric is fairly cheap looking and the construction is basic. Saying that it is relatively sturdy and easy to put together so not bad for the price. The colour is much brighter than the picture and is a green turquoise.

The chair is lovely. The colour is bright but not too much and it's comfortable. Unfortunately, even though we checked all measurements before buying it's too small for the room we originally wanted to use it in but it's now enjoying life in a bedroom. Putting the chair together was relatively easy and delivery was painless!
