Etagere Bookcase

Was looking for something with solid wood. The finish staining is nice as well. Great color high quality shelf. Easy assembly! Took me 8 minutes! Perfect for my product shelf.

Arrived intact and super easy to assemble. Obviously good quality wood—not particle board. Strong smell of varnish when first unpacked though, just FYI. It dissipates after a day or two. Extremely pleased by the overall sturdiness and size, especially for the price.

Color is more grayish green than brown. Feels a little flimsy

Worst experience not at the hands of the seller which I don’t even have the information to contact them so maybe after this review something will be done. Ordered 2 of these in brown to put next to each other, once I finally unboxed them I realized I received one brown one with the shelves that looked gray washed and one that was the gray wood version. Wayfair is giving me the run around and asking for more pictures and information than I already gave them in order to “decide” on giving me a refund. Then when I call they tell me they can’t do anything cause my order is on hold. I’m like good lord just cancel out everything and I’ll just return them and pay for shipping but get a chargeback from my financial institution as this violates the fair consumer act. I’ve had to do this before actually years ago with wayfair. I guess I’ll have to boycott using wayfair in the future. Meanwhile I have 2 giant boxes taking up space in my apartment as they won’t even let me return them and schedule a pickup or give me a return label. This is a miserable and disappointing customer service or lack there of experience. I’ll have to post photos after I unbox them yet again so I can take them. Grrrrrrr
