Beautiful chair comfortable and stylish

Lovely quality really pleased with my purchase

Chair cushion went flat after 48 only hours of having it next to a bed in a bedroom. It was sadly terrible. The chair itself was decent quality pretty looking. Base was strong albeit slightly squeaky. But I was forced to contact Wayfair get a refund. The chair was for a disabled family member to transition out of their bed which made it worse, as it was almost like sitting on a bench for them. I had to temporarily use their wheelchair cushion on the chair while I contacted their customer service. Proof was offered to Wayfair via multiple pictures where you could clearly see the deep body shaped indentations. This should not occur after only 48 hours after confirmation of delivery, when it’s only use is to transfer someone from a bed to a wheelchair and they weigh 9st4lbs. This is rare in my experience for Wayfair, their products are without issue, that me and my family have purchased previously. This chair fell through the cracks. As they’re now charging well over of the £123 they charged me for this chair, you should be aware of its potential issues. I was originally offered 20 refund which I refused. Then a 100 refund on its return which I agreed to. I was then later told it was no longer necessary to return it and I received a full refund and had to dispose of it my myself. I would not buy this.
