Box arrived damaged and both smaller tubes were dented. Fortunately, one pushed out, the other we were able to hide it. We found the tubes and fittings quite flimsy and cheap, however once put together it does the job. This was for our elderly parents and they are happy with it.

Overall very satisfied with Wayfair. Only comment is that some of the components were wrongly numbered in relation to the installation instructions
