Nice perching stool, fits underneath my rise and fall desk. It is pretty hard so works for about 2 hours sitting and 2 hours standing which suits me. Helps with posture and getting the screen at the right height.

These types of seats are used in operating theaters and I found they are so comfortable and gets you to sit correctly and improves your posture so I brought this one to sit in my office at home. The delivery and quality of this chair is the best and would recommend this to any home.
