Shiflet 3 Seater Sleeper

This is a beautiful sofa .. not used as a bed as yet however it’s used as dining sofa.

The colour is lighter than the pic and it feels a bit cheap. It's comfy enough though

Hello, I am writing regarding the sofa I recently received. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged. The fabric is torn and one of the wooden boards inside the sofa is cracked. I am not satisfied with the product because it arrived defective. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
