Cholet Puttney Height Adjustable Swivel Bar Stool (Set of 2)

We are really disappointed with these stools as they are really uncomfortable. I'd go as far as painful. The structure of the seat has metal on the internal frame which sticks in your thighs when sitting down. Unfortunately we bought 6 and assembled them all before using them.

Great fits in well Colour matches very pleased Just not keen on the tiny zip on the back rest you can see it slightly and I cannot see a reason why it’s there

Bar stools look great and are comfy. We had a little trouble putting one together, but after identifying an issue with the second item we were quickly sent replacement parts free of charge. Many thanks :-)

These stools look nice although don't feel very sturdy. For their looks on my island I would give them a higher rating however was concerned about a rubber ring that came on the base, instructions didn't show it and were pictorial only so I followed them. The stool was swaying all over the place with them in and not without. I emailed wayfair asking if they were supposed to be for shipping or part of the stool. I waited a week for a reply with the parts strewn over my lounge ready to be completed for Wayfair to tell me that the manufacturer couldn't give a satisfactory answer (what? They made and packaged the stool?) And click here if I would like to buy the item (what? I clearly already have the item?). I replied saying this and they didn't even bother to reply. Poor service. After speaking to 2 friends I have found out they both ordered desks from wayfair which they had to return because the instructions weren't clear, and wayfair refused to help. This wont be my first choice for furniture.

I love these bar stools. They were easy to assemble and look great! I bought 6 but am going to order another 2. We had an issue with one of the parts but the process to order a replacement was so easy and speedy. Excellent customer service.
