Mercury Row Caroli Suede Office Chair

7 months of use and the seams are fraying and coming apart. The seat cushion is worn/flattened in the middle. I’m a 5’3” female 110 and I feel like the chair shouldn’t be showing such visible signs of wear after only 6-7 months of use… would not recommended.

Looks a little pixelated but overall I’m happy I like it

I’ll start with the good, the chair was delivered super fast. The bad: The chair was obviously a previously returned item. The box the chair was shipped in was a mess and all of the part packaging was destroyed. While assembling the right arm of the chair has a defect. There is a small piece of metal clanging around in the arm like a rattle. Three of the screw anchors were previously used and I had to ream out the anchor holes to get the screws to thread (this was not fun). Last but not least the leather on the right arm is loose and slides around while the other stays in place. My summary, I don’t appreciate paying for someone else’s mess and having to fix it. It’s absolutely unacceptable I payed over $100 for this chair. While it may look good the build quality is subpar. Wayfair if you’re going to ship returned items to customers please make sure the items are in good shape. I’m disappointed to say the least.

Comfortable chair, could improve quality

We ordered the Grey as it matches my bedroom furniture and my industrial farmhouse Style. It’s Super cute and is pretty comfy, but for the price I don’t like the the paint was chipping while we screwing in the screws... bummer! I don’t have time to return as I was in desperate need working from home. (Had to give my chair to the kiddo for remote learning.)
