Amalga Metal Rocking Chair

Chair is Excellent, no complaint on that.. but the customer service from Wayfair was utterly disappointing. Initial order for the chair never got delivered. Contacted customer service few many times as they just asked me to wait even after the expected delivery date. Entire time the customer care executives were like "its not our fault, issue with the shipping company." Finally they said "we could only re order the chair which would take another 10-15 days",, even though the product was never shipped in the first place. No idea why they were blaming shipping company throughout the time. I found it not at all helpful from the team.

Easy to assemble. Looks great but more importantly it’s really comfortable.

Nice chair but appalling customer service from Wayfair. Took 6 weeks to come, the first order did not even ship and they took it on themselves to do a replacement order. I asked to cancel and they told me I could not as product was about to ship for over a week, anything to get out of giving me my money back. I doubt this review will be published

Really comfortable chair, love the high back and rounded sides. Colour is exactly how I wanted and the pockets an added extra!
