Benner Avengers 3 Seater Bennerfield Sofa

Delivery quick. We cannot begin to tell you how truly disappointed we are with this sofa. It looks lovely, thats the good news. We put up with this sofa for one evening - then relegated it to our conservatory and brought our old sofa back in. The Benner sofa is truly awful to sit and relax on -the width /depth is not suitable for adults, really unfit for purpose. It's as useful as a chocolate teapot! Really really totally uncomfortable. So so disappointed and stressed over this - not cheap, so would appreciate some recompense please. We had saved for this for our home before we got married. We are so upset

Bought this Sept 24 so just over 12 months old. Lovely to look at. Im a single person out at work all day hardly used. Buttons started to come off. Not happy

excellent customer service

Arrived in nice packaging feet easy to assemble, however as per previous comments by others, seat depth 55cm instead of 73cm (we ordered a deep sofa in particular because 55cm is too shallow). Seat height (with feet) shown as 85cm but actually less than 73cm. Sofa itself is comfortable but feel cheated by Wayfair after spending so much and getting something we didn’t pay for.

Wonderful colour and surprisingly comfortable.
