My new Yale recliner chair is very comfortable it looks good in the cream colour . It does take time to assemble and needs 2 particularly the armrests all in all value for money would recommend it .

In terms of colour not quite what we needed but as close as we could get ! reasonable build quality and simple enough to assemble. The 2 day delivery did not exist !! waited a full week !!

First the good. The chair is comfortable and swivels freely. Recline is ok, but not for those with short arms. The bad. Instructions are generic and don't cover fitting the back to this kind of chair. Two of the care documents are for a sofa. The really bad. The finish on the wooden parts is very poor. Staining is uneven, there are drips and runs, bits in the stain, and the routing in the side panels is atrocious. In different times I would have returned it. But in these times I will try and find time to fix what I can myself. Hopefully I have just been unlucky. To Wayfairs credit they did give me a partial refund.
