Sorrento 6 - Person Extendable Solid Oak Dining Set

Very nice chairs. Open box order arrived very quickly. One chair damaged but the customer service team were great and that issue was dealt with quickly. The chair was quite easy to put together, looks good and is comfortable. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

Lovely chairs. Unfortunately 2 of the 4 chairs we ordered were faulty and had to be returned. The collection of the faulty chairs and the delivery of the replacement chairs was easy and the new chairs were fine. The company communicated well and were helpful.

The chairs are good. But sadly construction was a pain because there were missing pilot holes in the legs to screw in to. I broke a screw trying with all my might to get the entirety of the first screw in place, assuming it was my mistake. I ended up drilling 4 holes in each chair to make it work, and have risked the first screw being broken off as it attached ok, just a little wobbly. I also realised there were no felt pads provided to protect the floor from the end of the legs as mentioned on the website. I reported these 2 issues which was problematic, as they offered me a partial refund for the first issue, then tried to order the felt pads, but the warehouse ended up not stocking them. A miss communication and rush on their part led to further discussion being required. But it was all resolved in the end with a small further refund for the pads. I remain happy but fed up of the amount of discussion it took to report and resolve the issues. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable throughout though, always wanting to help. But their systems and supply issues made it a somewhat painful although friendly process. I think I would order again
