Good quality and arrived quickly. Took a while to assemble. The drawers are very sticky and don’t open smoothly. Would not have wanted to pay full price for this item. Pleased overall.

The website does not allow me to rate the matching wardrobe so am forced to warn potential buyers here- beware! Truly appalling customer service. If you have a problem, they will not be helpful. I bought both this chest of drawers and x2 bedside tables; they were fiddly to put together, but looked lovely in our guest bedroom. Just a few months later I donated these items to my children as a Christmas and housewarming present. They were struggling to afford to furnish their new home, and I purchased the wardrobe which they needed to complete the set (I have fitted wardrobes at home) It took some significant time to put together - but looked good once completed. However, when I stayed (over Christmas) and stored about a weeks worth of clothes in it, small cracks began to appear at the top of the front of the wardrobe, either side of the doors, in the two main side panels. It is clear this item is not fit for purpose, and I complained to Wayfair. They have been a nightmare to deal with. I was willing to accept a replacement, but did not want to have to dismantle the wardrobe (time, effort and possible additional damage caused) and then to have to put together a replacement. Initially they said it had to be dismantled, then agreed it would be collected as is, then changed their minds again and insisted it must be dismantled again. They have given me a customer services telephone no. for the US, then the escalation team refused to speak with me on the telephone in the UK. They have refused to send me a copy of their complaints procedure - I requested it x3 times. Exceptionally poor service. Please be warned. No resolution so far…
