Small, hard, definitely not what I was expecting

Ordered the light pink pouf for a nursery. It was a great color and height but arrived with many snags all over the product as well as the crocheted portion being crooked and I can’t seem to move it to the center. Unfortunately it is sold out now and I cannot exchange the product for a fresher looking one.

Beautiful color, just what I expected. The quality is amazing too. Highly recommend this pouf
